Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment in General Housing

Grantchester Construction are currently carrying out rolling contract of refurbishment works for Sanctuary Hereward Housing Association part of the Sanctuary Group.

Primarily this involves replacing kitchens and bathrooms and covers every aspect of the refurbishment from removing the old kitchens and bathrooms, replacing them with new, re-plastering, plumbing, electrics, flooring, and painting to both the residents and Housing Association's satisfaction.

Grantchester are also carrying out refurbishment work for Sanctuary Hereward when a property becomes 'void' or empty enabling a new tenant to move in quickly to a property which meets the government's Decent Homes 2010 standard
